Happy Spring to all of my hushies!!
Well, Spring has sprung (ish) lol. It officially begins on March 20th 2025 but March has already begun so how do ya like me now?!
A big thank you to each and every single one of you who've contributed this month whether you've submitted a piece for us, liked/commented on a post of ours, shared our content, told your friends and family about us, whatever it is that you did - THANK YOU! We're forever grateful for your support.
We'd love to see you in our April issue so send us some pictures of you or whatever you've been up to in the month of March. We'll add it to April's issue as long as we have enough room for all of our regular/monthly entries (articles and such)! They can be sent directly to Barry via his email (barrylawrence543@gmail.com) or Instagram. If you don't have Instagram or you prefer vibin' on Facebook then you can reach out using Facebook messenger.
A friendly reminder that Barry's the one responsible for anything related to the publication of the magazine so any questions or concerns about articles, formatting, images, etc. - Barry's your guy because he's the real MVP and makes ALL of the final decisions! However, any questions or concerns regarding the Hush website or anything on Facebook, I (Cassandra) would be happy to help! Either way, Barry and I are always on the lookout for your messages.
As you know, we publish our magazine on the first of every month (Unless technical difficulties arise...those assholes!). The due date for our writers to submit their pieces is the 15th of each month. This will allow enough time to get everything in order for the next publication on the first of the following month.
We're thrilled to offer our magazine free of charge because we want everyone to be able to have a chance to read our magazine, no strings attached! Friendly reminder, we are in fact a non-profit organization.
Even though we've decided not to charge for our magazine, there are still fees associated with the website as well as the verification for our socials. This is a full time job as it takes up quite a bit of time so any help would be greatly appreciated!
If you're able to, we kindly ask that you donate through our website in order for us to keep things going.
